Antakya - 3 days
 First Day Driving toward Antioch (=Antakya), you will stop by at the old city of Misis, the ruins of Yilankale and the open air museum of Karatepe (late Hittite). Arriving in Antakya, check in hotel and dinner. |

 Second Day
After breakfast you visit the cave and church of St. Peter, the Mosaic Museum of Antakya. The St. Peter church is the first christain church and Peter, Paul and Barbaros had a meeting here. The mosaique museum owns the worlds second largest collection of mosaics. Then we drive to Harbiye (Daphne) with all its bay-trees and peaceful scenery. Last part of the day we will visit the coast at Samandag. Here you will see the old Roman Titus tunnel. Drive back to hotel and enjoy your dinner.

 Third Day
After breakfast we start going towards Iskenderun and pay a visit to this city. We drive on to Adana and have lunch over there. What would you say about a Adana Kebap? In Tarsus we visit the Cleopatra Gate and the Tarsus waterfalls. Back to Kizkalesi. |
