Transfer to Tasucu harbour, from where the ferry will leave towards Cyprus. The boat trip will take about 2 hours. Arrival in Girne harbour. You will be transported to your hotel. Girne has a very nice harbour and so a pleasant evening is waiting ahead of you. Cyprus has still a lot of English influences, one recognizes easily for example in traffic, which drives in the left lane.

Driving toward Antioch (=Antakya), you will stop by at the old city of Misis, the ruins of Yilankale and the open air museum of Karatepe (late Hittite). Arriving in Antakya, check in hotel and dinner.

Driving through Çukürova, you might depending on the season see the fields full with cotton. Arriving in the town of Kahramanmaras it's time for lunch. This city is famous for its ice-cream. Of course you will get your chance to try it too.

First Day

In the morning we drive towards Nigde. Here you see the rock-hewn monastery of Eski Gümüsler, with the best preserved paintings of Cappadocia. Arriving in Cappadocia, you first will enjoy your lunch. After that you will stroll around the old village of Üçhisar and the village's castle. We drive towards Ürgüp through the Göreme Valley, with its typical moon landscape.
